Parvathy Omanakuttan heroine in Billa 2

Parvathy Omnakuttan Parvathy Omnakuttan has been confirmed as the new heroine opposite Ajith in Billa 2, the much anticipated sequel to the super hit Billa. Initially Huma Querishi was attached to this project but now she has backed out due to ‘unavoidable reasons’.
Parvathy, who was crowned the miss Indian world in 2008 and who also became the the first runner up at the 2008 Miss world competition, has always been careful in choosing her roles. Even though, after the Miss world competition, she was offered a number roles both in Bollywood and other regional languages but she refused most. She said she was waiting for good roles and offers. Previously she has acted in ‘United Six’ a bollywood film directed by Vishal Aryan Singh and then she made an appearance in the 2010 Tamil film ‘Uma Maheshwari’. Parvathy originally hails from Chaganaserry and is presently a resident of Mumbai.
She said she is very excited to act opposite such a big star in Tamil. She joined the crew of the film at Goa recently. The film directed by Chakeri Toleti (Unnai pol Oruvan fame) is planning to be released by the beginning of 2012.
